9. How to report a car wash problem?
If you have a problem using services at a car wash, we ask that you call the number listed on the car wash’s page.
All issues regarding the purchase of tokens can be reported to support@ready2wash.com.
9.1. Do global digital tokens have expiry date?
Due to the certain obligations that we have to car wash providers, the token validity period has to be limited.
Depending on the type of package you selected the expiry date of the tokens may vary.
When purchasing tokens be sure to check the expiry date. When purchasing new R2W tokens you extend the expiry date of previous digital tokens.
9.2 I inserted the token, but the wash did not start – what to do?
Please, write to us on support@ready2wash.com with the email you used to create your account, with the time and date when you inserted the token and the name of the car wash.
9.3 How to acquire free tokens?
By using a particular car wash you become its loyal customer and receive the opportunity to win free tokens through an awards system determined by that car wash.

9.4 I did not get a confirmation email – what should I do?
If you did not receive a confirmation email when creating your account, please check your SPAM messages or write to us on support@ready2wash.com with the same email you used to create your account.
9.5 Do I get a receipt/invoice for my purchase?
You can keep track of your transactions and receipts on your R2W mobile app or MYR2W web portal.
After every purchase, you will receive the receipt on your email. The receipt contains the date, place, time, and the amount of the payment, as well as our company information.
You can also find a receipt for your purchased tokens on your R2W mobile app.
1. Open your R2W mobile app
2. Click on the hamburger button on the Home screen and choose MY NOTIFICATIONS.
3. Click on the BILLING tab to see your purchase.
4. When you open the billing tab, this is your receipt and it contains the date, place, time, and the amount of the payment, as well as our company information.
