5. How can I purchase and pay digital tokens?
R2W tokens (global digital tokens)
You can buy R2W tokens (global digital tokens) only through the R2W app and pay cashless (credit or debit card). Purchase is possible in all EU countries that use currency EURO with a payment card (ex. UK, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia…).
R2W token purchase is unavailable in Ukraine and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Local tokens (local digital tokens)
Local digital tokens can be bought only from the car wash that issues them. You can buy it at the car wash change machine (with R2W logo), or from the car wash administrator directly.
If you have any questions regarding local digital tokens, please contact the car wash. You can find it’s phone number and email address on the R2W mobile app, on the car wash page.
5.1 How to view my available tokens?
A user may view available tokens in several ways:
On the R2W mobile app homepage, the available amounts of digital tokens are always displayed.
The full digital tokens report is available in the BALANCE section. Click on the hamburger button and choose BALANCE.
Here you can see available R2W (global) tokens with the expiry date, as well as local digital tokens with the expiry date.
5.2 How can I pay tokens by card?
1. Click on

3. Select package
4. Select Credit card
5. Select New card
The information necessary for registering a payment card is card number, date of expiration, name and surname of cardholder and verification number. One user may have multiple registered payment cards. Each payment card is entered in the same manner.
When a user has multiple registered payment cards, it is necessary to indicate which card the user wishes to use to pay and click the button: PAY.
After confirming payment, the transaction will be completed, and the ACCOUNT page will display.
5.3 How can I remove a payment card?
Click on the hamburger button on the Home screen and choose My Cards and click on the recycle bin icon.
5.4 Why I cannot buy R2W tokens?
R2W purchase is possible in all EURO currency countries, UK, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, with credit/debit cards. If you are a user in one of these countries and have a problem with the token purchase, please send us an email support@ready2wash.com from your email address registered in the R2W app.
R2W token purchase is currently unavailable in Ukraine and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
5.5 Is my payment secured?
All payments are secured by a 3D payment security system.
5.6 How to win free tokens?
If your favourite car wash has a reward program, you have the opportunity to receive free tokens or extended washing time.
Take a look at home page on the R2W app in the section “Nearby car washes”: if the car wash has a “promo badge” 
there is an available reward program.
You can check your reward program status:
In the section BALANCE in your R2W app, you can keep track on your free digital tokens for individual car wash locations with the date of expiry.
5.7 Do I get a receipt/invoice for my purchase?
You can keep track of your transactions and receipts on your R2W mobile app or MYR2W web portal.
After every purchase, you will receive the receipt on your email. The receipt contains the date, place, time, and the amount of the payment, as well as our company information.
You can also find a receipt for your purchased tokens on your R2W mobile app.

2. Click on the hamburger button on the Home screen and choose MY NOTIFICATIONS.
3. Click on the BILLING tab to see your purchase.
4. When you open the billing tab, this is your receipt and it contains the date, place, time, and the amount of the payment, as well as our company information.
5.8 How can I download my receipt?
When you purchase R2W tokens, you will receive the receipt that contains the date, place, time, and the amount of the payment, on your email.
5.9 Can I get an invoice for justification of costs for my company?
Every R2W mobile app user is registered as a private user by default. After every R2W token purchase user gets the receipt.
